With Exterity’s AvediaServer you can make video recordings available on-demand
throughout your building or campus. A single appliance can serve more than 100
channels simultaneously to a virtually unlimited number of users, with a
potential storage capacity in excess of 1300 hours of programming—the
equivalent of hundreds of standard DVDs! You can easily customise the
AvediaServer Portal and Electronic Program Guide (EPG) to deliver branded,
unified access to all TV and video content on your network, in any language.
You can display these channels on standard TVs and AV displays using Exterity
AvediaPlayer Receivers, or on user PCs via Exterity Avedia PC Clients. With the
AvediaServer Director (Exterity's multi-user building IPTV management system),
you control which channels are available, where they can be seen, and who can
see them. You can even remotely change channels and control the volume on one or
many displays throughout your facility.
